The Process
Assessment Phase:

Treatment Phase

Initial 90-minute joint session for assessment purposes.

Two one-hour individual sessions for each partner.

Ideally these are all within the same week.

Engage in twice-weekly 90-minute sessions for 2-3 weeks.

Sessions are adaptable to address specific concerns with the flexibility to add intensive session weeks as needed or transition to weekly once the relationship feels more secure

Frequently Asked Questions

How does scheduling work?

I offer schedule flexibility and aim to schedule sessions close together with minimal gaps. If it's convenient for you, I'm happy to accommodate same-day sessions. I am available weekday mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

What is the Cost?

Your first 90-minute session is priced at $360, with ongoing 90-minute sessions billed at $300. Payment is conveniently processed using the credit or HSA card on file during each session.

By opting for intensive sessions, you're essentially investing the same amount you would spend on weekly one-hour sessions over four months. The key difference? Achieving your goals faster, leading to quicker stabilization and graduation from therapy.

Do you Take Insurance?

No, couples therapy is not covered by insurance. I am not affiliated with any insurance companies and I do not accept payments from insurance companies. I do provide a superbill that you may submit to insurance if you wish. Please contact your insurance company for more information about submitting for Out-Of-Network benefits.

What Kind of Challenges Can We Work Through?

Each couple or relationship is different, but I can work with a variety of presenting issues including emotional disconnection, losing “the spark”, lack of sexual desire, Affair Recovery, and High Conflict just to name a few.
